I Admit

I missed my 6 miler on Thursday and did not make it up... I was stressed, busy and on the nerge of getting sick... So I skipped it, I feel GUILTY not crossing that day off my training plan...

BUT...

Today I went out there and TOTALLY redemed myself :) With the help of a little Pixie Dust.. Back with the full details on Monday. I hope you are able to find some MAGIC on the Run this weekend..

Can't wait to see how I did? Find me and Friend me on Dailymile HERE.

Life happens. And it seems like missing that 6 mile run might have been just what you're body needed you to do! Glad to hear you had a great run today. can't wait to read about it. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

I always feel guilty when I skip a run but try to reedem myself. I'm glad you did :)
Besides if you didn't skip a run I might start to wonder if you're super woman :)

Way to go for not getting caught up on missing one day and just picking it right back up!!

And I think it's official - no one uses mapmyrun.com anymore. I might just have to switch over.

Knowing you, skipping that run was necessary or you would have done it. Yay for pixie dust!
