Time Time Time

The Future is something which everyone reaches at the rate of sixty minutes an hour, whatever he does, whoever he is. ~C.S. Lewis

  • Waiting for the fish to bite or waiting for wind to fly a kite. Or waiting around for Friday night or waiting perhaps for their Uncle Jake or a pot to boil or a better break or a string of pearls or a pair of pants or a wig with curls or another chance. Everyone is just waiting. ~Dr. Seuss

Don't be fooled by the calendar. There are only as many days in the year as you make use of. ~Charles Richards

  • As you grow older, you'll find the only things you regret are the things you didn't do. ~Zachary Scott

For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way. Something to be got through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life. ~Fr. Alfred D'Souza

  • I'm less interested in why we're here. I'm wholly devoted to while we're here. ~Erika Harris

You live longer once you realize that any time spent being unhappy is wasted. ~Ruth E. Renkl

  • If you wait, all that happens is that you get older. ~Larry McMurtry

Every day of our lives we are on the verge of making those slight changes that would make all the difference. ~Mignon McLaughlin

  • That it will never come again. Is what makes life so sweet. ~Emily Dickinson

Lost time is never found again. ~Benjamin Franklin

  • You only live once; but if you live it right, once is enough. ~Adam Marshall

Go for it now. The future is promised to no one. ~Wayne Dyer

I keep telling myself, "it's not a matter of 'if' I'm going to workout, it's a matter of 'when'.

My favorite quote on this topic is

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." -Mark Twain

Love them all...

I get asked a lot why I run all these races while my life is pretty hectic as it is...but I love it...why put it off...live in the moment and experience all we can!

I love these quotes :) I am always trying to live IN the moment, especially with my kids. Years from now, our house will not be as busy, and there will be a time (sooner than later) that all of my kids will not be living here in our house. These days are numbered, and I want to remember them always.

Going the cheesy musical route, but I'm throwing a little Rent in to the mix:
"There's only now, there's only this. Forget regret, or life is yours to miss. No other road, no other way, no day but today!"

This is a beautiful post. Thank you for sharing! :)
