FIRST! :) - recooping from a 20km run, brunch with my run buds, cleaning 1 floor of the house and some laundry..luckily the hubs is in charge of dinner.Hope your run is awesome!
I had a high mileage week, but today is a day of recovery, and trying not to eat too much.
Good luck on your run. I choose to go inside today--wasn't feeling the sideways rain on the east side! :(I vaccuumed up two small dogs from our place...that's what I get for focusing on running and leaving the dust bunnies to breed!
Sorry about the Hawks - I hope you had a great run. TAKE CARE of that knee!!
Ran 13km in the pouring rain with group while pushing Spud. Discovered taking 2 days off strength exercises for hip flexors really makes a difference...
Today is my rest day (one of them!!), so I'm going to take a nap and dream of running a marathon!!
The hubs and I hit the gym this morning for a track run and I've spent the rest of the weekend crafting while he watches football. :-)
I spent most of the weekend sitting at my son's volleyball game. My shoulders were so tense watching the matches unfold that I'm sure those muscles were buring calories just by staying tight. Wish I could remember to tense my stomach when stressed, instead!
I did a 30 mile bike ride today. Then spent the rest of day doing laundry and cooking dinner.
Not a whole lot going on here. Church with family, football, short bike ride and strengthening, and now catching up on some blogs!I, too, agree - there should be a category for house cleaning... it is a form of cross training!
We have had nothing but snow and more snow and -33 degree temperatures here for the past 10 days or so. I've been feeling guilty for 'training' on my treadmill and not getting outside, so I did 6km today in snow and -33, and LOVED every minute of it! It was fun, I felt like an excited golden retreiver out there! lol !
Ran a 3000 metre indoor track race - and on the start line next to legendary Ed Whitlock. Awesome, awesome day!I don't enjoy dusting at all, probably because I'm allergic. Vacuuming I like.
we're off for MLK day so i'm on the couch with coffee, catching up on blogs! have a great day!
Trying to get over a cough. No fun - my long MLK weekend is not supposed to be for recovering from a cold!
I'm soooo glad we don't have blinds in our house. I don't think I would ever clean them!
I thought sweeping and mopping my floors as well as folding laundry was bad. Dusting blinds would make me go insane. You go lady! :)
On Sunday (and Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday and so on...) I was lounging by the pool, or floating on my floatie, or walking on the beach, all of which with a daiquiri in my hand. :)REALITY THIS WEEK HURTS! lol
