- If there is one thing I have learned in Marathon training it is to be FLEXIBLE and fit in the miles when I can. Stressing about a missed run only takes the fun away from the journey. Don't stress!! Illness, time commitments, injuries, etc... all will happen, finding ways to keep up your fitness level during those STRESS times is what will keep you on track.
