The website is nice and easy to navagate. I have always wondered if you are supposed to wear the socks DURING exercise and I found out in the site that you DO wear them while running! I have seen people wearing them during races before but never really knew for sure.
I like that they have contact infor that is easy to find. Often I have a hard time finding a way to contact companies when I order online.
Now, I seriously hope I win. I want the pink ones!!!
i think the soccer sleeves are kind of interesting all my daughters play and I think if my oldest sticks with it until high school I may have to look into getting her some, better endurance and stability is definitely a plus during game time.
I'm going to space out the rest of my comments but I had to answer this one...My race schedge:
Rock n roll 1/2 June 26
4 on the 4th Ft. Steilacoom 4 miler 4th of July!!!
(Maybe) Seafair Tri July 18
Danskin Triathlon Aug 15
Super Jock n Jill 1/2 Sept 6
Portland Full Marathon Oct 10
oops, you said through August...
only thing on my schedule is my 1/2 marathon on June 6th
I wear these socks and people ask me all the time what exactly they do for you. Visiting the website gave me that information.
My racing schedule so far is See Jane Run Half Marathon on June 5th (My 28th birthday :) )
linked on my blog www.fatwuzhere.blogspot.com
Donated to tall mom marathon for the cure.
I keep my legs fresh by a routine of stretching, rolling, icing and of course resting.
I linked this giveaway up to my blog :) CEP Compression is awesome!
I like the running socks (of course) but was also interested in the treking socks since I go hiking with my family on the weekends
thank you!
I've had my eyes on these socks for awhile now. I am really interested in the running compression socks. I have recovery tights, but I would love to try these out on my long runs when I start training for my marathon.
My training schedule is training for my first half-marathon in November and along the way running a 5K and a 10K for the experience (all before the end of the summer) so I can spend the fall concentration on my first half-marathon.
How do I keep my legs fresh? Hmmm....I've only been running for 6 weeks so I haven't really figured this one out yet. For now It's meant elevation and a nap the day of my long run.
Here's my racing schedule from now until August:
June 4th - Sprint Tri
June 27th - SheRox Sprint Tri
August 8th - Boulder 70.3
I may also be doing some 5ks, but haven't registered for any yet!
To keep my legs fresh while training, I use my recovery tights after any workout over an hour. They are awesome and seem to really help speed up my recovery time!
I already donated money to Tall Mom Marathon for the Cure! :)
I love the pink ones! I have been looking at getting some compression socks. I had no idea that you were supposed to wear them during running activity.
My husband massages my legs every night while we talk about our days. Yes, he is the most awesome husband ever. That is how I keep my legs "fresh".
The only thing planned is a local 10K race August 8th.
On the CEP site they should have more info explaining about the pressure grades (ex. that pressure greater than 20mmHG require prescriptions for compression socks/stockings). Also, more colors!
That being said I have a pair of black (for work) and pink for play. I put them on after my long runs.
Schedule through the end of August.
June 12 Hatfield McCoy Marathon WV/KY
June 19 Mayor's Marathon Anchorage, AK
July 31 White River 50 miler Crystal Mountain, WA (hopefully my first 50 miler!)
I thought the website was very easy to navigate, I liked the way you can shop by sport. I'd be very interested in trying the Compression Running Socks. I've tried the Recovery Sock brand but would be awesome to have another pair!
The only for sure even I have on my schedule until August is Rock 'n' Roll Seattle, woot!!
Now that I do have one pair of recovery socks, I try to keep my legs fresh by wearing these after my long runs.
I donated to Tall Mom Marathon for the Cure!
I'd like to know more about sleeves vs. socks.
I donated awhile back for Tall Mom for a Cure.
My summer race schedule is going to be as busy as I can make it. From a race in Maryland to Colorado to many many in New England. As soon as school gets out I head to DC and Em and I are in a mother/daughter race! Yeah! The summer ends with the 100 on 100 relay. We are planning our legs now.
I have just started using CEP sleeves to keep my legs fresh after a run.
Posting on my blog.
Wow, love the sock and sleeves!
The website is super easy to navigate and great pictures!
Currently training for my first marathon.
And, I have talked my little brother into taking up running. We will be running a 1 mile fun run next month!
I keep my legs fresh with the recently discovered icing. And, I love chocolate milk!
Donated to Tall Mom Marathon for the Cure
I went to the website and found that they have Skiing socks which is really awesome because my legs get really tired from skiing all day and I bet those would be awesome to wear. The regular running compression socks are cool too!
Ok my racing schedule till the end of August...
June 3rd Corporate Challenge 3.5 mile run
June 27th harborfest 10k (maybe)
July 3rd fourth of july 5 miler (maybe)
July 11th Boilermaker 15k
Thats all i have for now!
I am a big fan of ice baths - thats how I keep my legs fresh during training. Plus drinking lots of water and eating the right recovery foods helps my legs to feel good!
I have been wanting a pair of these hot pink CEP's for months!!! Just went back to the website to learn even more about them. With my increased training (for a triathlon) I am excited by the ability to wear these compression socks not only after, but during exercise. I'd love to learn more about the differences and benefits of compression socks vs. sleeves.
I've had this question before, but maybe someone here can answer it for me. CEP claims on their website that "It is possible to reduce the running time by approximately 5%" (shave 12 minutes off a four hour marathon). I read the scientific study that is linked, and it says that participants were able to run 5% longer ("time under load"), but does not say anything about running faster. I would translate this into greater endurance, not greater speed. Anyone else nerdy enough to read the study? Am I misinterpreting the results?
Either way, I love compression socks for the recovery aspect, and would love to win this giveaway!
From now until the end of August, I just have one race - the Calgary half-marathon this weekend (Sunday May 30).
To keep my legs fresh while training, I take ice baths after long (or hard) runs. I also will wear a pair of compression socks, as I've found they make a huge difference in recovery.
Because of my big move (from PA to Boston) at the beginning of June I am very strapped for cash so will only be doing a few races this summer. My big first triathlon is the Mass State Tri on July 18. I'll then either do the Cranberry Trifest (Oly)) or the Marshfield Road Runner 20K on August 29. If I don't the 20K then I hope to do the Wicked Half Marathon on September 25.
To keep my legs fresh I stretch after my workouts, wear a pair of old men's diabetic compression socks and use "The Stick"... The Stick is awesome for the calves and hamstrings and I can actually make myself use it daily, unlike the foam roller which I tend to avoid...
Just tweeted about this giveaway @manicdefense
I need the pink socks. Need them, but don't need to spend the $60 to get them. I like wearing the tall socks while running though, they're particularly sexy with the skirts.
I find the ski socks very interesting...you would think that ski boots would provide enough compression, but the socks also help throughout the entire foot and calf.
Overall the website is very user-friendly!
Race Schedule:
Autism 5K (for Aidan) on May 29
Crossroads 17.75K on June 12
So far that's my plan.
I like the idea of the compression socks...I think their website is too dark.
I need the pink running socks!!! I have another pair of compressions socks and love them! They would be great for after both of my marathons this seaseon! I also could use a new visor ;-)
As for keeping my lets fresh. I like to ice the knee right away after I run.
My race schedule:
Boston's Run to Remember Half Marathon - THIS SUNDAY!! :)
Charlton Heritage 5K - June 5
Sharon Timlin Memorial 5K to Cure ALS - June 19
That's it for now!
I'm for sure running a 2 mile June 12 and either a 5K or 10K June 26, looking for a 10K towards the end of summer.
The only way I know to keep my legs fresh is by taking rest days.
I've donated.
5/30/2010 - Madison Marathon (Madison, WI) - 26.2 mile run
7/2010 - Diva Dash 5K (Middleton, WI) - 3.1 mile run
7/24/2010 - Waunafest 10 Miler (Waunakee, WI) - 10 mile run
8/1/2010 - Chicago Rock & Roll Half Marathon (Chicago, IL) - 13.1 mile run
8/21/2010 - Madison Mini Marathon (Madison, WI) - 13.1 mile run
Sunday, October 3 - Lakeferont Marathon (Milwaukee, WI) - 26.2 mile run
11/13/2010 - Girls on the Run 5K (Waunakee, WI) - 3.1 mile race
The foam roller is my friend!!! Glutes, ITB, hamstrings, calf, quads get rolled to keep them fresh :)
I've already donated and rocked my 5K virtual run!! ;-)
Linking you to my sidebar on my blog: www.LauraElaineDesigns.blogspot.com
Have a great day!
I keep my legs fresh by taking my scheduled rest days, adding an additional rest day/cross training day when I feel my legs need it (as much as it kills me mentally!), wearing compressions socks as needed, stretching/icing as needed. I still haven't given up the high heels at work, unfortunately!!!
I just told hubs that i need more compression socks. i've been on the site recently, checking these out, actually.
my training consists of lots o' miles as i get ready for my ultra in july.
see, i could really use another pair!
I think their site is great. It's very easy to navigate and stuff seems easy to find.
Just this week I was thinking I need compression socks especially after my longer runs.
My schedule is more like my wish list. We'll see what my husband agrees to and what the calendar will allow for
6/4 - Deadman's Down Hill Mile - planned
6/13 - 1/2 Sauer 1/2 Kraut Half Marathon- Registered
7/25 - Riley's Rumble Half- planned
8/14 - Women's Distance Fest 5K - planned
8/21 - Run for the Pie 10K - planned
I went to the CEP site and I'm still curious about Compression Sleeves. I saw quite a few at the Ragnar Relay. Why wear the sleeves when you can just wear the socks? I do love how it is easy to shop by sport at their site.
I only have one race scheduled this summer. Freihofer's Run For Women (5K) on June 5.
My legs fresh? Hmmm, that is a good question. A combination of enough protein, rest days, my foam roller and The Stick.
I put your giveaway up on my blog.
I like the layout of the site... easy to follow and find products.
I do wish the font wa a little larger - not super easy to read yellow on black in italics.
I like the pink ones.
Racing schedule:
Jeremy's Run - 5K - 5/31
Gaithersburg CC 5k - 6/11
Run for Roses -5K - 6/19
Twilight 8k - 7/17
R. Rumble 1/2 marathon - 7/25
My marathon is 10/31st
How do I keep my legs fresh? I'm a new runner so I'm still figuring things out as I go along.
I stretch after I run. I have a rest day after my weekly long run, and my husband rubs my legs after my long runs.
I think winning a pair of CEPs would help out a lot though! Great giveaway!
I use the stick and foam roller to keep my legs fresh and LOTS of stretching.
Posting on my blog
Donated $$$$$
I linked this on my blog
Ok I looked and really I still want the Pink Compression socks!
I am a weenie racer:
Hospital Hill 1/2 marathon June 5
Seattle Marathon - June 26
and then maybe a tri in August
I keep my legs fresh with daily stretching and now with more swimming!
I put this on my FB
http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1456104941#!/profile.php?id=1456104941
I like how much detailed info they give about the benefits for the socks.
For my race schedule, I have the Boilermaker 15k on July 12, and the MVP Rochester Marathon on Sept 12!
I love my foam roller to keep my legs fresh while training.
I have donated to your Marathon for the Cure fundraiser page!
tweet!
I like the graphics on the website's home page (very inspiring image), and how it is very easy to find which product I am interested in. I especially like the [find by sport] option.
I would however, recommend changing the yellow and grayish background (where the socks are shown) to something else, and have fewer colors (a bit of a color clash between the pink socks, the orange money back guarantee and the red free shipping...). But this is what I study, so I am a bit picky...
Race schedule... Oh boy oh boy....
May 29th Fly by Night Duathlon
June 26th Millheim Pool Sprint Tri
July 3rd Happy Valley Sprint Tri
July 4th Firecracker 4K
and the reason why I am doing all of the above...
August 15th Wiesbaden 70.3 (half ironman)
and now you know why I am broke and hoping to win compression socks...
Fresh legs while training... Well, I have not figured that one out yet...
The last thing I tried was after my Saturday long run, chocolate milk latte, ice bath, and compression socks... It seemed to work...
You are now in my brand new special giveaway sidebar :-)
I have been wanting to try these socks for such a long time...with all of the hype going on in bloggie world about the compression socks, I would LOVE to try them!
I already have a pair, so don't need any, but I will post this to my blog!
I am interested in learning about those compression socks. I've never ran with them (or any other compression gear).
My running schedule as of now:
Making Tracks for the Zoo 5K: 5/23
Service Above Self 5K: 6/5
We then start marathon training 6/18. Not sure yet what races we are going to throw in there, but there will be ALOT of running!
right now, I basically just make sure I stretch really well before and after a run. I also do strength training through out the week to build up muscle in my legs so that they can endure the long runs! (I think I need compression socks to help with marathon training coming up!!!)
My race schedule for the remainder of this year is:
5/29 TN Sports Medicine Expo 5k, Knoxville, TN
7/31 Etowah River Run 5k, Canton, GA
I am trying to find a 10k for Aug/Sept in TN or GA.
10/30 Susan Komen Race for the Cure, Knoxville, TN
I've been wanting to get the pink compression socks for SOOOO LONG!!!
I am running San Diego RnR in 12 days!
My legs stay fresh by: rolling, using the stick, taking ice baths, and of course compression!
I want the pink ones...my poor legs are injured so they really need a HUG!
My legs stay fresh because I can't really use them right now! =) But when I am running I don't stretch like I should so compression socks should help! =)
My Race Schedule (assuming I heal in time to train...)
1. July 25th- Rocketts Landing Olympic Triathlon
2. August 22nd:Pink Power Triathlon
3. September 26th- Naylor's Beach Olympic Tri
4. November 13th- Richmond Suntrust Half Marathon
NEXT YEAR: MARATHON!!!
2012: IRONMAN!!!
The website was very informative and I had no idea they had that many different products. I am just a runner though so I like the running compression socks.
I think the website needs a tab that just says "shop". But I love compression socks. I have another brand and am very interested in trying this brand since their information all states its superiority.
My racing schedule from now to august:
June 12: Run for Rett 5k
June 26: Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon
July 23-24: Ragnar Relay Northwest
Interspersed in there my husband has cycling races almost every weekend and we try to go watch a few of those.
I like that there's no guessing as to why you should wear compression socks. I've always wanted them because I've read about other runners wearing them. I also like how clearly labeled the socks are in terms of left and right. And major kudos for pink socks.
Oooh, my racing schedule is still up in the air but I have a 12K this Saturday, a 1-mile dash June 26, maybe a 5K in July and the RnR Chicago half on Aug. 1.
I keep my legs fresh by keeping them relaxed during my run. After I run I do a good post run stretch. I always have a protein shake to help my body recover. Then I put on my recovery socks and use "The Body Stick" to help roll them out.
I keep my legs fresh during training with weekly yoga sessions and a full day off. I also ask my husband to help me stretch after long runs.
Count me in, love 'em! I recently picked up a compression sleeve, but have yet to try a compression sock, would love to see if there's a difference!
Race schedule:
TO Women's half marathon on 5/30, 75k Ride for Heart 06/06, Olympic distance Aquabike 06/20, and my awesome son, who is doing his triathlon on 6/13!!
I like the fact that these socks speed up recovery time. It seems like the older I get, the longer it takes to recover...and I am only 37! Uh oh!
As for fresh legs, rest days are important. I use the stick, and make sure I'm taking in enough food for recovery post workout, specifically protein.
My racing schedule for the summer (so far): June 5, Run with the King 5K in Tupelo, MS and June 19, RC Moon Pie Festival 10 Miler!
I keep my legs fresh by throwing in some elliptical at least two afternoons a week. Sometimes my knees and ankles need a break from the concrete.
I linked!
LOVE CEP! I already own a pair but I always need more compression!
I love that that size is determined by CALF CIRCUMFERENCE, not just shoe size like most companies.
June 19: Tornoto City Chase # 1
June 26: RnR Seattle
July 10: Rebecca Run 5K
Aug 14: Toronto City Chase # 2
COLD baths after long and/or hard runs help keep my legs fresh!
I have donated to your Race for the Cure!
The CEP website is very informative. Anything that speeds up recovery time is definitely worth trying. It's also great that they offer a 30 day money- back guarantee.
The website is very easy to get around. I would be interested in the socks (the pink ones).
Upcoming Summer Races:
June 6-Montclair 10k
June 13-Run for Marge 5k
June 26- Include Me 5k
July 8-Lawyers for Kids 5k
July 17-Packanack Lake 5k
Yoga helps to keep my legs fresh. I also use my yoga toes daily, which makes my feet and legs feel better.
Nothing is for sure in my racing schedule and I haven't planned anything for sure because I haven't been sure where I would living this summer. Hopefully the Freedom Fun Run on July 3 (I think its 2.? miles) and hopefully Minneapolis 13.1 on August 22. Hopefully once I have a job I can work in a 5k or 2!
Rest days and icing/ice baths to help the legs
What I like about the website is the science vs the competetion. I have a pair of Recovery socks and they a nice. I have been running for 16 days straight. (not the best idea, I know) I think wearing the socks at night has helped BUT I do think you get what you pay for. I don't think they are the best for my level of running. So the information on the website about CEP really made me KNOW that I NEED to try a pair of these. (so I really hope I have the lucky number and win! because their price point is a little high for me right now)
I like this website; I never knew when you were supposed to wear these socks - before, during, after. Seems it's all of the above :D
My fixed schedule is only through July. With our income issues right now I don't know if I will get into any "pop up" shorter races or not and I don't know what the late summer and fall will hold for me however,
June 19th - I am attempting a 21k Xduro challenge trail race (think obstucle course)
July 10th - Is my next 50k Trail Ultra, The Skyline Challenge.
Training? Loads of miles, trying to slow down on the daily runs to keep from beating up my body and leave speed work for speed runs. Adding long runs back into the mix and hitting the trails when I have hubbs support at home.
I have a 5K this Saturday in Kansas, and a 10K July 3rd in Missouri, and then in September (I realize it's after August) is my half marathon.
I take rests to keep my legs fresh. I ran the 10K on Sunday, then 3 miles yesterday. I was Soooooo tired. It was a horrible run. I realize that after my long runs I need to rest my legs.
I was on the site trying to figure out the difference between the regular socks and the Progressive ones. Is it design only?
Anyway, I think I'd have to go with the pink ones. Most fun!
Shared your link on FB this morning!
I don't have a race between now and August - I'm training for a half marathon (or 30K) in September. Costa Rica!
I keep my legs fresh by sleeping in compression socks. I haven't tried CEP yet so it would be great to compare to the other brands.
Posted your giveaway in my blog =)
Easy to use website and very colorful.
I'm interested in learning more about compression technology in general, the science behind it.
Event schedule--oh boy!
June 5th Girls on the Run 5k with my running buddy
June 6th 1st Olympic Triathlon
July 10th (likely) 2nd Olympic Triathlon
July 31st Half Ironman
I keep my legs fresh through yoga and ice baths!
How do I keep my legs fresh while training? Split workouts. Running shorter distances twice a day and stretching. That's it. could I be a better runner if I did more? Maybe but I really do simply like lacing my shoes and running. I'd like to be doing this at 80 years old so I know I need to start thinking about running smarter and caring for my body that is not 20 years old anymore!
I will link your blog in my next post!
being a connoisseur of compression socks i have been DYING to try these ones out!! their sleeves look awesome too!
June 5th See Jane Run half marathon
July 25th SF half marathon
and a few 5/10ks thrown in between :)
fresh legs.... ICE! compression socks, stretching, foam rolling, sticking, hot baths and rest :)
and i donated to your marathon!
I really want to try to calf sleeves and compression socks. Something tells me that I would love them - being pregnant and all. :)
5K - June 5th, Ragnar Relay (Utah) - June 18-19 and debating what to do after that, since it will be hot and I'll overheat more easily (14 weeks pregnant now!), but I'm hoping for a 10K in July.
The CEP site is very easy to navigate - like that! And I loved seeing that there are compression socks for skiing! In addition to a pair for running I might have to check those out!
Keep legs fresh? Rest. Rest. And more rest.
I'm definitely more of a compression sleeve fan because my feet stay cooler that way...especially in the summer. I also prefer to wear my drymax socks for running because I stick with what I know and hate trying anything new that could affect my run (i.e. blister potential)
The only race I have on my schedule is my first 50K on July 3rd (Afton Trail Run)
Keeping legs fresh: I have three ways...1) compression socks/sleeves; 2) ice bath; 3) laying back with my legs up on the edge of the couch or on a large yoga ball.
Sent my sister an email to tell her about your giveaway. (also, forgot to mention that I use the foam roller on my legs after a run)
My race schedule is pretty simple:
Charles River Run on 6/27
local 5 mile race on 7/4
The thought of running in the heat is so not appealing to me...waiting for fall!
I checked out their website and I'm just curious if they've ever considered different length socks. The size I got fits great in the foot and the calf, but I have a lot of extra material at the top.
Crossroads 17.75 on June 12
Sodoltna 10 miler (Alaska!) July 17
Maybe the Madison Mini Marathon August 21
I'll be throwing in a few other smaller races as I find them, but those are my big summer races.
I've donated!
Blogged about it...http://itsagoodmorning.wordpress.com/gotta-have-giveaways/
The website made me really want to win! I've been interested in compression socks for a while now. I think they would have been wonderful for my half back in March!
My race schedule was supposed to be a 10 nautical miles race in early June, but I've been battling injury after injury here lately and am down to just walking for the moment.
Hopefully I'll be back in shape for the 5k I have planned in July!
Then I suppose I better officially start my St Jude training!
I absolutely love the pink compression socks and have wanted a pair for a while now!
Race schedule:
June 26th - sprint triathlon
Auguss 15 - sprint triathlon
That's about it for now!
I didn't know you could wear then during exercise. I would have thought they would be too thick. I wish they had more colors to choose from like blue and green.
I wear my recovery socks after a long run.
The socks are great, and the website is easy to use. It would be great if the socks could be cheaper. I actually use my compression socks when I am travelling - no puffiness from the altitude.
I am injured, so I don't have a plan. I think I will be up for a sprint tri on 6/20
summer schedule:
June 6th: Hibiscus Half Marathon
June 27th: Kona Marathon
I have already donated cash :)
I keep my legs fresh by resting. Nothing works better. I do wear compression gear under my clothes at work if I have had a tough morning run.
I donated cash.
i like the CEP Running 02 PINK...but would like them in green better...girls like colors!
my schedule: Sage Burner 25k 5/29/10, Gothic 1/3 Marathon 7/3/10 and that is about it
I keep my legs fresh my resting or walking instead of running...
Interesting website. I had surgery for compartment syndrome on my left leg--maybe these would really help to keep my calf from tightening up/cramping while I run.
I keep my legs fresh by doing a lot of stretching and also using Goosebump massage balls on them before and after runs.
Upcoming schedule--
June 6 - Deadwood Mickelson Trail Half Marathon.
I like the option to shop by sport.
Still recovering....so no races scheduled until RnR SA in Nov.
I would love to learn more about the running socks. I just started running about 2 months ago and am still learning about different gear and training stuff.
So far my racing schedule through August is just the Crazy 8's race in Kingsport TN on July 17th.
I keep my legs fresh by taking rest days, foam rolling, and stretching them out. Also lifting weights helps with strength to make my running better.
I think I would want either the sleeves or white running socks.
My upcoming race schedule is 5K this weekend, sprint triathlon next weekend, and then a break until 4th of July weekend and another 5K.
I keep my legs fresh by staying hydrated, cross training, and taking rest days. I should use my foam roller more!
I donated for your virtaul Triple 5's race.
I would really like to try the compression socks. After looking around the website a bit, I'm still not entirely clear what makes the CEP Running O2 Compression Socks different from the CEP Running Progressive Compression Socks. A chart (or something similar) comparing the two styles would be really helpful.
My racing schedule includes a 10k on June 6 and a half marathon on August 1. I hope to add a few more races.
I try to keep my legs fresh by stretching, using my foam roller, and staying hydrated.
I'd love to try out the compression socks. Lots of information on the website about the socks, the benefits and sizing (never would have though to do sizes by the calf circumference).
My racing schedule from now until the end of August looks like this:
June 19 - High Cliff Sprint Triathlon (Sherwood, WI)
July 4 - Firecracker 5K (Kaukauna, WI)
July 11 - Trek Women's Sprint Triathlon (Pleasant Prairie, WI)
July 16 - Sunset 5K (Kimberly, WI)
August 8 - Oshkosh Sprint Triathlon (Tentative)
I keep my legs fresh during training by making sure I take my scheduled rest days.
I'd love to win a pair of the Progression Compression running socks! Especially in pink!
The only race i have scheduled is a half-marathon in october. I have been injured for th past 6 months and am trying to be smart about my "comeback"!
I keep my legs fresh by stretching, foam rolling, and icing. The compression socks would be a welcome addition to my regimen!
I like the site. Definitely easy to navigate and I love how they tell you what each product would be good for right on the front page.
Racing schedule: I am running a 5K this Saturday, May 29th. Then on June 12th, Ginny, MCM Mama and I are running the Crossroads 17.75K. Then on August 22nd, I am doing the Pink Power Sprint Tri. And who knows what else I will add!
Fresh legs? What are fresh legs? I only have those during taper weeks!
I have donated!
You are linked on my sidebar!
I am interested in trying the CEP progressive compression socks. I am also curious about the calf sleeves.

My current event schedule (though I plan to add more as I see what my summer schedule is):
May 31st-Memorial Day half marathon (1st half ever)
June 19th-20th-Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay
June 26:Syracuse Heritage Days 5K
JUly 4: Clearfield Freedom Days 5k
I don't really do much right now to keep my legs fresh, other than stretching....
i like how easy the site is to use. i was able to click around and not get confused. i'd want to try the sleeves rather than the socks
