The next few days to come are going to be BUSY!!! Tomorrow I plan to get up EARLY, put on cold weather gear and run down the mountain. (And take the shuttle back up) Should make for an interesting "STU" post. I am hoping I will make it back to post....if not please do not worry!! It does not mean I was eaten by a rabid Porcupine or passed out on the side of a snow bank. I am more than likely SLEEPING preparing for a crazy busy week.
- If you look at my Eugene Marathon ticker you will notice that I am now less than 2 months from race day!!! And if you look at the calendar you will notice today is 3/3. Seems like a GREAT day for a Giveaway.
This Giveaway is hosted by the wonderful folks at Inperspire HERE

We believe the world would be a happier place if everyone exercised (it certainly would be a healthier place). We also know that many of us lead busy lives and finding time for ourselves is not always easy.
When you make time to go to the gym, go for a run, or exercise at home we want your workouts to be nothing less than inspired. That is why we came up with the idea of high quality inspirational fitness towels.
Our philosophy is that everyone can be healthy... sometimes we just need a little motivation to help us along the way.
We supply the motivation. You supply the sweat!
WHAT WILL YOU WIN?

I like the one that has the 13.1 on it.
I think of my Aunt who has cancer and is just hoping for 8 more years. She will never be cancer free, so she just hopes that the chemo will keep working. She has 2 young boys and is such a positive, beautiful person.
Never reached a "max" I always sweat like a man, I drip on the treadmill belt when I run.
i love the "get that junk outta my trunk". it's perfect for me.
i think of being healthy so i can play with my kid(s) and not be the parent sitting on the side, simply watching and wishing i could play.
the most i've ever sweated (while running) was while i had to use a treadmill in a hotel fitness center. that place was hot and no air circulation... it was horrible.
" Kulia i ka ku ' u " Hawaiian proverb meaning Strive for the Summit. This towel was inspired by our love for Hawaii and the belief that we should go for the "gold". Mahalo.
This is an awesome towel!
My kids inspire me to be better- that and all my bloggy superstar friends!
I am a sweaty girl! I reached max level of perspire during a 16 mile run in 80% humidity last year - I nearly melted!
I'm inspired to keep going by those who aren't able to themselves
I love Inperspire so I am going to go with Sweat is Sexy or the 13.1 for after I finish my first half this June. :)
erica_haggins@hotmail.com
I love the towel that says, "I am worth it!"
What inspires me to keep going is my health. I want to be healthy and feel good about myself. Even if I don't feel like going fast or going hard, I will always get my workout in just for my peace of mind.
I posted a link in the sidebar of my blog.
http://tworunnersandabrowndog.blogspot.com
I like either the "I Run Because I Can" or "Sweat Is Sexy"
Love, love, love these towels!
I've already donated!!
Those towels are awesome! I like the "let it shine" one or the "be soleful" one.
I'm A Run because I can gal.
My son inspires me to keep going! He is only 17mos old, but even now, I tell him to never give up when he is trying to do something new or difficult. I feel that everyone can do ANYTHING they set there mind to. It is all a mental game that we play with ourselves. Whenever a run gets hard, I think of how I want to raise my son to push his hardest and to never give up, and it makes me want to push that much harder.
The pain only lasts a short time, but the victory stays with you forever!!!
Right now, my pops keeps me going as he is in very poor health but never really took care of himself so I am making it up for the both of us.
Let it shine or I am worth it.
When I want to quit, I think about how far I've come and about the good habits I want to instill in my children.
I shared this with my running buddies!
The thing that inspires me to keep going is knowing that I am doing something great for my body and soul. I am living a healthy lifestyle and hopefully being a strong role model for my two boys.
I sweat ... a lot. My latest max was after a long run this summer that started at 7am and it was already almost 30 degrees out. By the end, you could literally wring my running skirt out from sweat. It was like a bathing suit.
How's that for an image?
Max level of perspire was not during exercise but at work. I work at a mill where it's HOTT and you get around equipment outside for 2-3 hours at a time in 100 degree weather and your shirt will be soaked!
The time I reached a max level of "perspire" was during my Half Ironman. After swimming 1.2 miles, biking 56 miles, and running 13.2 miles, I was pretty sweaty (and really smelly!).
I like the "Pain is Just Weakness leaving the body". That's kinda my motto. That and smiling thru pain.
My girls inspire me. I want them to understand that you can be strong & athletic even if you're not graceful or are slow. That I (they) can do anything if I (they) work hard for it.
ROCK YOUR REARVIEW! i love yhow my butt has grown since i started cycling and running :)
what inspires me is how good i will feel when all the weight comes off.
i reach max levels of perspire when I do interval or speed training. totally gross.
I trained for my first half last summer. And because I have to bring my girls to school before I could get in a long run I couldn't get out there until 8:30AM. And 8:30 in July/Aug in New Orleans is 90deg and 95% humidity. I had many days of max perspiration. I nearly passed out a few days. It was tough.
I'll link you now.
I love the one that says: "Let it Shine, Let it Shine, Let it Shine"!
I already donated!! You are doing awesome and are almost to $1000!!!
I posted a link on my blog!
I am inspired by my children and being a healthy example for them, also by all of the stories I've read of amazing running accomplishments all my bloggy friends have made!
I reached "max" perspiration levels this past summer. My brother and I ran a 5k in the middle of July. It was 96 degrees and about %100 humidity. Southern humidity is no joke! I felt like I was swimming! I was absolutely a HOT MESS!! My brother was laughing at me because even my knees were sweating!
I'd like 26.2!
I think I hit "max" level when I trained for the Marine Corps Marathon through a Virginia summer (that's why I"m doing a spring marathon this time LOL)
i love the junk in the trunk and the sweat therefore i am towels!!!
I sweat, therefore I am. Love it.
My good friend, Christy that started running after high school and lost a lot of weight and now is a fantastic runner. She totally inspires me to do better!
I don't really sweat a lot. Never have beads or anything - but middle of summer runs kill me!
I would love the towel that says "That which does not kill me makes me stronger faster better" ... love that!
What inspires me? Knowing that I am ABLE to run, usually helps me push myself a bit farther, harder, or faster!
I love "Be Vibrant."
What keeps me going? Take. One. More. Step. Because if it's not okay yet, it's not the end. Dori (from Finding Nemo) says: "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming."
Could have been the 4 hour New Years Eve swim practice (thankfully I didn't know I was sweating while swimming), or the one Bikram yoga class I attended. That is HOT. And I wasn't prepared for how HOT it was going to be!
Your giveaway is linked to my blog!
Okay, love these towels! Which one, which one? I am worth it? Sweat is sexy? Haba na haba? Tough choices! I think I'd have to go with the Haba na haba hujaza kibaba (little by little fills the cup).
What inspires me to keep going? I don't know... stubbornness? lol I quit mid-race when I was in 8th grade and I didn't run again until two months ago. My entire life I've felt like a quitter... like I don't finish what I start. No more! I run for me - it's an entirely selfish pursuit - and I've found that I really, really don't want to let myself down.
I don't think I've reached a max level of perspire yet! Like I said, I just started running two months ago and I'm running outside in Montana. Talk to me on July 11th after my first marathon and I'll tell you all about max perspire! ;-)
I love the "Get That Junk Outta My Trunk" towel! How true...
My dream of being a "runner" inspires me to keep going! I've always wanted to run but have thought that it was just something I couldn't do. I can do it, and I will do it!
I linked to this giveaway on my blog!
Hard one on my max level of "perspire." I'd say when I was playing club volleyball in Davis, against a nationally ranked team, in 100+ degree weather (that's definitely enough to make me perspire), and playing one of the hardest games of my life!
i like the one that says 'that which will not kill me, will make me stronger, faster, better."
that is one of my mottos. I say this to myself when i do long runs or races.
i would love to win a towel. I remember running last year, mid june or july......very hot, even at 7 am. and i was sweating soooo much. i felt like i either ran through torrential downpour or just had a shower.
That is what u get from running in Canada in the summer.
We have cold winters.....but damn, we also have hot and humid summers!
I also tweeted about this giveaway.
I've donated to the Marathon for the Cure!
I've linked this to my blog!
Why yes, it IS a great day for a giveaway!
Love the towels... I think "Sweat is Sexy" is my fave.
Imaginary finish lines inspire me. Crossing that line gives me a rush like nothing else... I like to fantasize about it during a particularly hard run. Always gives me a boost!
How about a time I WILL be reaching a max level of perspire? I promised the hockey gods that I would wear my 100% polyester HEAVY hockey jersey in the half marathon this weekend... and the forecast is looking WARM! Eek.
I like the "Be Vibrant" towel but was also loving the "sweat is sexy" towel too!
I added this link to my blog!
i am worth it...
when i want to give up i think of my kids and how i would want them to see me NOT give up. I think of friends who have dealt with cancer and had to go through far worse than a hard run.
level of sweat highest ?? hummmmm probably one of my summer runs to the beach
I do one of two things when feeling like I want to throw in the towel. 1. I focus on my breath and my step and block everything else out. Just put one foot in front of the other and don't stop.
2. I envision crossing the finish line and how absolutely wonderful it will feel when I finish instead of quit.
I had 3 natural births and each time I reminded myself that I made a decision to go through with my plans and that trying to negotiate was really out of the question and quite frankly silly. If it took forever then so be it. I apply the same to running!
I sweat like a dude for sure! I think my max will be realized in July when I run my first ultra in the kansas summer heat!
I love the SWEAT IS SEXY towel! GREAT!!
These are great! I just can't decide which one I like the best...I guess I would pick "Run for Cure" because that is one of the main reasons I run! Plus, the towel has pink on it! Perfect!
My max perspire day was the insanely hot 2007 Chicago Marathon (my first). It got up to 93 degrees with 90% humidity.
I linked you on my blog
I think I'd go for the
I'm Worth It
towel
What inspires me to keep going is a race on my calendar.
What inspires me to keep going in a race is all the hard work I've put in to get there.
no need to enter me, but I totally spread the link love it's a great product
I think its a toss up between "Be Vibrant" or "Let it Shine". Really cool towels!
My kids inspire me to keep going. I want to be healthy and energetic so that I can be around a long time with them.
Their towels look amazing. I would get Exercise 2 Free my Mind.
My kids inspire me to keep going. They love it when I go for a run and they love it even more when I get back. Their joy keeps me going when the times get tough.
I sweat tons when I run on the treadmill, especially during the summer because the basement (where the treadmill lives) gets so warm.
I put your giveaway up on my blog. And...enjoy running down the mountain!
I would choose the towel with the Hawaiian phrase on it :)
What inspires me is usually knowing I have some goal I am working towards. Knowing that when I reach my goal, being a marathon, or a hike, I will be well prepared. Also, knowing I can keep up with my 1 and a half year old son also keeps me going!
I've never reached my max level of "perspire" that I do when I do my Insanity workout videos...those are killer! If no one knows what that is, check out my site www.beachbodycoach.com/tiffaniyim.
It's totally INSANE, as the name says!
i'd want the one that says "i am worth it"
the fact that my whole childhood and teenage years were really rough and my life easily could have gone down a very bad path is what keeps me going when i want to give up. i've worked too hard to get where i am
i probably reach a level of max perspire everytime i run intervals on the tm hahah. but i do remember some bball practices getting quite intense and sweaty back in the day
i fb'd
i tweeted
and i linked
plus i told a friend who was just complaining about her old ratty towel
I like "Sweat is Sexy"
My husband inspires me to keep going. I started running to inspire him to get into shape (my actions needed to speak louder than my words!) Now he outworks me!!
My max level was my first marathon last fall. That was intense!
I told my fellow teachers who run about the giveaway. I also showed the towels to my hubby.
I am taking the stairs!!
I perspire pretty easily - max???? Speed drills on treadmill.
I am inspired to keep going to meet my goals. I am very anal!!!
Posted on my blog.
I would get the I Run Because I Can. So simple, so true.
what inspires me to keep going? A fast song on my ipod!!
I already donated to the Marathon for the Cure! And I'm trying to recruit others!
I like the one that says "I am worth it"
The feeling I get when I cross the finish line of a race - that feeling inspires me,
I ran a race the summer before last when it was 90 degrees.
I already donated
I linked this giveaway to my blog
I love the "When your world becomes the next 30 seconds". That has definitely been my motto lately ... you can do anything for 30 seconds ... 1 minute ... whatever.
Thanks for the great giveaway! I am one super sweaty girl, can always use a good towel :)
Right now I'm inspired by seeing some improvement in my pace. A little hard work really does pay off :)
Max level of perspire is pretty much the norm for living in Charleston, SC during the months of May-September. OMgoodness, it gets HOT and I sweat like a man. You can just stand still and be completely soaked.
Just linked you in on my blog.
"I love the get that Junk outta your trunk!" bwahaha I gotta a lot of junk in mine!
When I want to give up I try to remember what it feels like when you finish something so challenging!! and wanting to be able to have that feeling instead of being disappointed keeps me going!
after running five continuous miles for the first time I was soaking wet!! But my family was in a hurry so I showered quickly and headed out to meet up with some friends when I got there I was still bright red and sweating, they thought I was sick!! haha
I am a donater for the cause!!
Max level of perspire??? Um, that was last night doing sprints on an inclined treadmill. I think I may have lost a gallon of water...and it was on my clothes and treadmill.
Thank goodness you are not falling on rabid, renegade porcupines or running into crazy mountain lions! :)
Have fun in CO!
I Run Because I Can.
that pretty much sums up my reasons...
Max level? Probably when I pushed too hard, stopped sweating because I was dehydrated and when I finally got liquids into me, I was sweating more than I could have ever imagined.
I never feel like giving up. I think of my boys at the finish line who are waiting for Mom to come in and that always pushes me through.
1) I LOVED the ROCK YOUR REAR VIEW - one step a a time! Hilarious!
Usually pride makes me keep going if i'm in a group, and, to be honest, my need to reshape my figure back into my marathon shape keeps me going if i'm alone.
The Patrick Henry Half Marathon: Give me Liberty or give me Death... yea, it's a Half. In Ashland VA, in August. I swear it was 100 degrees, but it was probably only about 82 at the start... still..
You're LINKED!
I really like the "I run because I can" towel. Thats what its all about I guess - I run because my legs allow me to!!
What inspires me to keep going is the feeling of accomplishment and the high from running a good workout! Its amazing!
Max level of perspire has to be in a bball team workout from college when we were all dripping sweat in a three hour endurance workout! It was intense and I was basically just soaking wet in sweat.
I linked you on my blog!
1. I like the "Journey of a thousand miles" towel. I like the Hawaiian one too!
2. when I want to give up, I'm inspired to keep going because I don't want to disappoint my future self. I think of my dad, who had a triple bypass this past summer, and my friend Tom, who died at 44 of a blood clot.
3. I run the Annapolis 10 Mile Run every year. It's usually HOT (80 degrees minimum), and it is HILLY and SUNNY. Oh, but I sweat to the max at that race.
4. Gonna tweet the giveaway on my twitter!
Linked in today's post!
great giveaway - knowing that running will keep me healthy and gives me a real sense of accomplishment keeps me going even when it's tough.
I love the towel that says "I Am Worth It" because I think we're all worth the time and effort it takes to run because it gives us strength and health. We should all take care of ourselves and running is a way to do that!
I would go with Be Vibrant.
i love the "sweat is sexy". what inspires me to run is my family and all of you wonderful running women!
I run because I can!!! One of my personal mottos!
I am worth it is the towel I would like.
My son and daughter inspire me to keep working out. I have a lot more energy to do things with them now.
My max level of perspire was completing the Goofy challenge in January.
I have already donated.
Those towels are awesome. I'd have to go for the Hawaiian one, but I also love the one about exercising to live your life :)
I just tweeted about the giveaway!
I am inspired to keep going when I want to give up by my blog :) I know I'll have to admit I gave up and I never want to do that!
I really perspired at my triathlon last summer. I couldn't really train for the run because of my knee, and I hadn't ran since it was much cooler now. In the July heat I was struggling a bit!
Linked giveaway on my blog!
"That which does not kill me" is my fav

I love these towels :). The one I love most on the website is the one called A journey of a thousand miles :).

What inspires me to keep going... well, I think that when we run or exercise or really accomplish any goal, we empower others to accomplish their goals. I know other people have made me feel like I could do it, and I hope that I'm helping someone else out there believe in himself/herself too.
Amy Lauren
proudpatriot2007@yahoo.com
As far as Max level of perspire goes... that's anytime I'm on a treadmill. But especially in hotel fitness rooms and places like that, because there's usually such poor air circulation. It's not so bad in the gym on a treadmill or outside.

The knowledge that my body is a tool keeps me going. I know I have the ability, I just need to hone it and fine tune it for its use.
I want the '13.1' towel. That's the distance I'm training for and seeing that will inspire me to keep going!
I love the "when your world becomes the next 30 seconds" one! Very cool.
Posted about the contest on my blog post. yllek82.blogspot.com Thank you for the contest!
What keeps me going? The bikini season!
My favorite towel is the one you have listed..."that which does not kill me makes me stronger, faster, better!
What inspires me is different when it is a race or just on a run. But In a race it is ingrained in me...I have to keep going..I remember praying that my ankle would break so that I could slow down. It's crazy! I have to race...whether I'm ready or not...that is why I run ...to race!
My ultimate level of perspire is when I am on the treadmill, I guess lack of wind. But man oh man...i can sweat!
I am posting about the giveaway on my blog right after I leave this comment!
enjoytherun.blogspot.com
I like the "that which does not kill me makes me stronger, faster better," kind of the mantra that goes through my head when I'm pushing it or don't feel like getting in a run.
I think back to when The Monster invaded my head. I was in the best shape of my life before he came and then after a month that I don't remember much of, I was a completely differnt person. Having run a half-marathon two months before The Monster, I could now barely make a half-mile. But I put in the work and am back to where I was before. And on those days when I just want to quit? I know I would have never gotten back to this point had I just thrown in the towel and given up.
Today while on the spin bike during the indoor triathlon the sweat was dripping off me so badly it felt like I had just gotten out of the pool without even touching a towel.
I like the "i'm worth it" and "get that junk out of my trunk" I can't decide!! :-)
If I were to win, the "A Journey Of A Thousand Miles" towels would be best ^_^
When I want to give up, I keep the finish line in mind. I tell myself that even though I started, I need to finish as well.
At my first half marathon, my sister and I were on the edge of death when it cam close to the end of the race. But we finished alright.
