Ive been meaning to tell you, I love your professional pictures you just had taken! They are great! I especially liked that you had your family with you all in workout gear :)

Also, is the rainbow/gray "run" shirt from a few posts back from Brooks? I remember seeing it at the Seattle Half Expo but they didn't have one in my size. I remember it had a great fabric and looks really cute!

Happy Friday!

I can't beleive how many are running the Rock N Roll Seattle with you. How fun! I am so jealous!!

I will be in Arizona on March 27 so I'm waiting to see what we have planned that weekend, but I might be a last minute addition to the virtual race.

I feel like a loser because I'm not running Rock & Roll. :( BUT I will be cheering everyone on from the sidelines.

How on earth do you have time for all this? Truly, you amaze me.

I am so excited to see all the runners in the Rock n Roll Seattle race! I'm coming out from Missoula, Montana to run the half. I'm meeting up with a local friend (Joe) and have another friend (Jennifer) coming up from SoCal to run with us. It'll be my first half marathon ever, and I'm running my first full marathon two weeks later. So excited!

I'd love to meet up with some of the other blogging runners there, so please include me on info for that. Yay! :-)

Next Sunday (March 7th) I'll be running my first half marathon at the Disney Princess Half Marathon :)

I have always found it hard to meet athletic goals when I travel. Plan the minimum - and, then, you should be able to stick to it.

Running in snow - layers, and they will get soaked so if you wash them immediately, they should be dry for the next run. Otherwise, pack lots and lots.

Have a blast.
