Monday Monday

Monday Monday...

Thanks to EVERYONE for the amazing comments this weekend. I will be getting around to reply soon. And WELCOME to the newest Bloggy Pack members. I have moved the FOLLOW link to just above this post for anyone who wants to join.

Since I am not feeling 100% this morning my post will be quick. Today is day #1 of Marathon training for Eugene. On schedule today 3 miles in my NEW shoes. And my luck on a MONDAY it is pouring buckets. Hopefully I can find a break in the rain for a quick run at lunch.

Wishing you all the BEST MONDAY!

Oh no! Rain and not feeling well? Hope they both clear up soon. :)

I hope the rain and "blahness" dissipate before day's end. So your new shoes will carry you through the Eugene Marathon? Maybe you could start a collection of shoes to represent each marathon you are in. A new pair of shoes from the first day of training to the end of the marathon...I guess that could get kinda expensive depending on your ambitiousness ;) Hope you day turns out great!

Oh I love running in the rain! So peaceful, as long as it's not too windy as well.

You live in the rainiest state my dear ... course you knew that already but I would think you better love that rain by now?!?

Hmmm, I'm not feeling 100% either. Perhaps if Sam the Eagle pooped on us, then we would've felt fine. Oh, the dilemma.

Feel better, Mel! And have a good 3 miler!

I hope the rain stops so you can run!! Maybe the sun will come out for you!

I had a great weekend - bull riding show, yoga, cookie baking, movie with the husband, spinning, more cookie baking. Very relaxing.

I hope your run in the rain went well. My weekend was up and down. UP: volunteered at a race. DOWN: My beloved Green Bay Packers lost in overtime.

I hope you are feeling better tonight. My weekend was great. Had a fun 2-mile run on Saturday. My 5-year-old got 2nd place in his 1/4 mile race! We also got Christmas put away. That is a relief.

First long run of training season for OKC Marathon! Yay! Nice to finally get to run outdoors since we've been covered in ice since Christmas Eve!

Yay!

I spent the weekend driving across the state of NC twice!

Hope you had a great one!

I hope you are feeling better today.

Busy last week with running, birthday party, trip down to Portland, and then finished it off with the Great Wolf Lodge. No running while I was there but lots and lots of stairs to make up for it. I'm trying to get refocused for the week.

Good luck with your training!!!!
