also-- YOUR HUBBY IS INCREDIBLE! Oh my goodness. tell him thank you for the guest post because i was totally fascinated by his routine, diet, workouts, and transformation, gosh. you guys are quite the dynamic duo!!!!!!!!!!!! to the batmobile!!!!!!!!! LOL. :)
