I LOVE you a Latte

With over 100 comments on the first day the "Lift Your Sole" GIVEAWAY is going great... You have until 9/19/09 to enter HERE for great Finish Line Jewelry..

I had my first cup of COFFEE in college....because all the COOL people were doing it... Just kidding!! With basketball and school there never seemed to be enough hours in the day, so the Coffee helped me stay up to get it ALL done... Today I am VERY addicted to my daily cup of Heaven.

I visit my Barista Robin every morning just before 6AM for a Non-Fat Vanilla Latte, yes people I am that EXCITING!! I have given up my addiction a few times in my life. Twice while pregnant, I switched to Decaf. And when I was trying to lose weight I gave up my high calorie Latte for the low cal Drip version..

I know I am not alone here....so since I have nothing to report, rest day yesterday, I leave you with the following COFFEE Loving quotes...

  • "Behind every successful woman is a substantial amount of coffee." ~Stephanie Piro

  • "Mothers are those wonderful people who can get up in the morning before the smell of coffee." ~Author Unknown

  • "Way too much coffee. But if it weren't for the coffee, I'd have no identifiable personality whatsoever." ~David Letterman

I LOVE my coffee too!!! I really didn't start drinking coffee until I worked as a pharmaceutical rep in my late 20's and early 30's but now I am hooked!!!

I have the Keurig one cup coffee maker, which BTW, is the most amazing thing ever!!! I look so forward to my coffee every day and love when the seasonal creamers come out like Pumpkin Spice and Gingerbread....Yummo!!!

I've been drinking coffee since I was 5...whoever says it stunts your growth is lying. Either that, or I would have been like 6'5''!

I'm usually just a black coffee gal in the morning and if I have a second stint in the afternoon I'll go for a soy latte or my all time fave for a cold wintery morning is non-fat pumpkin spice latte from good ol SB, 'the buck (i.e. Stabucks). I see someone else is also a fan (commentor #1).

P.S. Pick me, pick me, randomizer for the Lift your Sole giveaway!

I am also a completely different person without my caffeine. I needs it. I wants it. It's my precious. (Lord of the Rings anyone? Anyone?)

Off to win your giveaway now. ;)

I can testify that FWR is a total coffee addict. Me, not so much - I like the ocassional nonfat latte, but not every day. Unless you're talking about the pumpkin spice lattes that have just recently come back at Starbucks, and THEN I'm in trouble. FYI, if you like pumpkin and are in the neighborhood of the market in Seattle, go to a place called Cinnamons - they have the BEST pumpkin cookies I've ever tasted.

I can hardly wait to get out of bed sometimes, just so I can have my cup of coffee (Splenda and half & half plese).
When I do go to a coffee shop and order something, it's a "nonfat, sugar free hazelnut latte". If it was also decaf, that would be terrible, wouldn't it?
My husband and I go through a pot every single morning. ;)

I think you may get more comments than your 200th post giveaway!

Not a coffee fan... don't like the taste and I've never had a cup. Can you believe it?!

I'm more of a diet coke junkie. Mmm, chemicals.

Have a great day!

you are too cute! This reminded me that during my half on Monday I caught a strong wiff of coffee along the course around mile 8...it was so soooo good! i love the smell of brewing coffee, even in the midst of a long run!

I don't drink coffee for that very addiction reason. I know I would LOVE it. :o)

You're soooooooooo funny. When I drink coffee every now and then, I get soooooo amped! I don't know how you handle it.

I start having to be careful I don't come across as too hyper!

LOVE my coffee. But I'm a straight-up black -- no cream, no sugar -- kind of gal.
