WHICH SOCKS ARE BEST FOR RUNNING?

Tall Mom has been on a QUEST to find the perfect running socks... if there is such a thing? I have been in the Tall Mom Test lab for WEEKS putting my size 10's to work.. OK I am in HEAVEN, I LOVE new socks!!! So for the next few days I will be giving BRIEF product reviews of some of the major running sock brands.

First up....our test of Wigwam see the website HERE. I say "our" because Muscle Man got a pair too!! We had an amazing, yet WET, 4 mile run today, putting the socks to a puddle hopping test.... But it is 9:00PM and I am TIRED... So you will get the full report and soggy post run photos tomorrow.. Off to catch up on all my Bloggy friends.

Yeah, socks are important! i never really realized until I started wearing "real" running socks! I will have to see what brank are my fav, I actually got them last year in a race packet from the Super Jock n Jill Half. They rock! They are kinda dorky thoguh, they say Fleet Feet real big on the them and around the ankle. My hubby teases me when I wear them...but hey, they feel so good on the feet!!!
I look forward to your reviews!

Yay, I'm excited for your reviews- I've been having so much blister trouble lately! So far though, Asics running socks work pretty well :)

I'm pretty attached to my two fav brands of running socks - power socks and the Asics 2100 series socks, but I'm intrigued by the idea of recovery socks. No one sells them here!

I am afraid to try out new socks, you are brave. Any time I try something new, I end up with nice blisters, my skin is way too sensitive!

wow, that's quite the collection! I love my Wrightsocks, and think I need a pair of recovery socks sometime soon...

Just discovered your blog and I love you! I'm am instantly taken with your description where you mention "wash-rinse-repeat," as I say that all the time! Running is a great way to shake that up. Good for you for making time to do something you love! I'm your newest follower!

That's such a funny pic. Mine would look kinda like that, only I'd have that expression because I can't figure out why I lose one of every sock! I have a drawer full of singles. Seriosuly, where do they go? haha
