The Price is RIGHT

FYI my nuun Giveaway ends soon, make sure you get in on the nuun fun!! Click the photo to the right....

The Spokane Marathon and Half Marathon HERE totally fits in the Tall Mom budget $25 for the FULL and $15 for the HALF. The price is without a shirt, but I WILL survive. Since Muscleman's family live just outside Spokane we are set for a place to stay..just gas money to get there but we could make a long weekend of it...

Now which race do I do?? My mind says HALF. My pride says FULL. I really would love Marathon redemption before 09 comes to close. This is not a BQ race so there is no PRESSURE. I have until mid September to sign up for the CHEAP rate.. Anyone interested?

I would so love to do it with you and don't live too far to consider it, but I am hosting a bridal shower that weekend. Dang!! Whichever you decide to do, you will rock!

if you're not expecting this to be your BQ, why don't you just do the HM, and save the full? just my 2¢, but either way, great price!

That is an amazing rate! If you think you're ready (which you may be), DO THE FULL :)

What a great prize for the races, especially the full. You don't see much of that on the East Coast. Do whatever race you want to. And, don't worry about it being a BQ .The races you run should revolve around you and your family and what works.

I wouldn't be able to pass up the opportunity to run a marathon for 25 bucks! Go for it. :)

I ran the 5 miler there last year while my hubs ran the half. The 5 mile course was really pretty along the Spokane river. Hubs said first few miles of the 1/2 were nice but the rest was suburby boring. We had a free place to stay too which is why we ran =). I say do the half!

There is half in Eugene in november that is also cheap =), EWEB Run to Stay Warm, it's a nice course along the Mackenzie river.

That's probably the best price I've ever seen! I'd say to do the half unless you're feeling very comfortable with the 18-22 mile distance, but I haven't marathoned yet, so I'm not a voice of authority!

Good luck with whichever you chose. :)

well just depends if you think you can get in those 20 milers between now and then :) i am sure you could!! i would say go for the full, just be ready for it! it is so awesome to go into a race without any pressure and expectations too.

i WISH i could go up there and join you... its the weekend after my next one so that would be a no, but i WILL get up to washington for a marathon one of these days. i am obsessed with that state and i have never even been there :) but i really want to move there hehe
