Lacing Up and Hitting the Road

Funny I got out of bed this morning at 8:08 AM on 8/8...hubby was NICE to let me sleep in.. I have not tallied my totals in a while…July was about half the mileage as June, amazing what Marathon training can do. Calories calculated from Garmin 305...


June Totals:
Days Run-13
Miles- 111.56
Avg Pace- 8:36
Calories burned- 16,939

July Totals:
Days Run- 15
Miles- 50.37
Avg Pace- 8:31
Calories Burned- 7,640


I am on a good RUN so far in August have laced up 5 of the 7 days so far. The mileage is lower but the SPEED and HILLS will make me better. Hubs and I plan to run a lot this weekend.
