Tomorrow I run my First 10K. I want to RACE and maximize my speed. I have never really thought about racing strategy. I based my goal on my Capital City 1/2 Marathon time in May 09 of 1:43:39 (Report HERE)...but I really didn't RACE that 1/2, I just ran for the experience.
