So last night hubs and I were watching a mini documentary on the author J.K. Rowling... the underdog, rags to riches story always makes me smile. Toward the end of the interview she said something that truly hit home.
"I would like to be remembered as someone
who did the best she could with the talents she had."
I like that, simple but so TRUE...as I set new life, career and running goals I will keep that in mind.
What quote have you heard recently that hit home with you?
And a better question...do you like Happy Potter?? LOL
Look for a Giveaway soon....maybe this weekend soon....check back... Thanks to all who emailed and would like to get a card....check your mail you never know when a Bloggy friend surprise may arrive...

I L-O-V-E Harry!
I listened to the last three books on my ipod during my runs...sometimes I was very emotional out on the road!
I TiVoed that show last night...I liked how she called herself a "Tryer."
When I finished Goblet of Fire, I had to write about it.

I never got into Harry Potter...Now Twilight, I love!
I've never gotten into Harry Potter. I think I'd like to read the books and then try watching the movies.
That is a great quote!
Interesting fact: My husband was born at the same teeny tiny hospital as J.K. Rowling in Chipping Sodbury, England. (That's his claim to fame and he brings it up anytime someone mentions HP. lol)
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Harry Potter (both movies and books).
Great Quote!
I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan. I love the books and movies. In fact, my husband and I read the books to each other each night before bed. Both kids had a Harry Potter book read to them while in utero..LOL
I love J.K. Rowling and love that quote.
I wish you were going with us tonight. We'll be thinking about you:(
I LOVE Harry Potter!!!!! I was so, so sad when I finished the last book.
