My Buddy Lora set me up with a SWEET pre-race gift. She paid my small fee to have 5 of my family and friends receive texts about my progress during the race this weekend. I am really excited if this works well!!
Has anyone ever used this service??? If so let me know your thoughts. From the FAQ it looks like anyone can join and track anyone...not sure how I feel about that, but for the people I want to be able to track me I am pumped!!

Sounds awesome!!! I love the outfit BTW.
two years ago we used this at the marine corps marathon....well apparently there was a glitch, as I was getting text messages about my sister crossing certain points of the marathon daily for the next 6 months! I hope that doesn't happen for you, haha! (i'm sure it won't!)

I've never used that but have used the trackers provided by the individual races, and they generally work pretty well. Hope this works for you and your fam!
