I am really not sure what is going on but I am TIRED!! So tired that coffee and food are not perking me up. I have really tried to put on an awake face and keep GOING...but today I am giving in. No run today, I am going to drive to Starbucks and then REST...well rest as best I can at work.
I sure hope this passes. GEEEEEZZZZZ!!!

You have done so well - it is just fine to take a day off!!!
Hey, you did an 18 miler 3 days ago, and 5.6 miles yesterday...duh, of course you're tired! Listen to your body and REST! The 2 times I've injured myself was due to running through pain and being tired. Repeat after me: "It's ok to take a day off from running." There, better?!
yes, take a day off! like everyone has voiced above me, it's not only ok, but I think totally necessary to have "rest" days while training! Enjoy and relax!
I have a hard time resting when I know I need to...So great job on listening to your body and taking a day off, you will be happy you did it.
